Who is it for?

For anyone who wants to practice yoga from the convenience of their home, guided through a series of postures and breathwork by a virtual instructor.

The class starts with a warm-up, followed by a sequence of asanas. The instructor provides real-time cues, encouraging mindfulness. The digital format fosters community, allowing participants to see each other in a gallery view. The class ends with a calming meditation, leaving participants refreshed and centered.

Classes are every Tuesday and Thursday @6:00am SAT (via Zoom). These one-hour classes focus on various levels of flow yoga which can be practiced and enjoyed by both beginners and intermediate students.

R650 per month giving access to all classes
