Who is it for?

Yoga workshops are for those seeking focused, intensive practice on specific aspects of yoga, while retreats are for individuals looking for a holistic escape to deepen their practice and rejuvenate their mind and body.

Our workshops explore Traditional Tantra Kundalini (as taught by Mukta Tantra Yoga School). These teachings take a holistic approach to asana practice, emphasising the liberation of energy and consciousness through physical postures. Asanas are not used only for physical well-being but also as a means to awaken the dormant energy within, leading to profound spiritual experiences. The holistic yoga retreat offers a comprehensive experience that integrates yoga practice with elements of wellness, such as meditation, nutrition, and nature immersion. It focuses on nurturing the mind, body, and spirit through balanced activities, restorative environments, and personalized care, aiming to rejuvenate and transform participants on multiple levels.

Workshops take place once a month and retreats take place once a year.
